The MBTI is a well regarded personal assessment tool from CPP which we were approached to design and launch the online public facing version of the assessment. The Visual strategy was all about making this assessment approachable and non-intimidating. Using a clean and structured layout augmented by warm and approachable messages at the start of the experience allowed the user to feel that the product was trustworthy and professional. In addition to the site design our team also worked on the user experience and a set of printable layouts for the results.
